Pioneering Liège gin designer LièGin has pooled its manufacturing resources with Millésime Chocolat to create a new chocolate-flavoured gin named Bean-to-gin.
This new edition draws all its flavours from a mash of pepper from Madagascar and cocoa beans from Guatemala. A mix of flavours that ennobles this gin with notes of chocolate. The production process consists of a double distillation of the mash so as to impart the whole finesse and give the product 10% of the chocolate distillate per bottle. To bring a touch of freshness and acidity, a hint of pear is also added to give the lovely pear-chocolate flavours so appreciated by the most discerning palates.
To round off the tasting experience, the bottle comes with its bar of Millésime 2018 chocolate, so you can add the finishing touches to your gin with some fresh grated flakes of crunchy chocolate just before you pour. And finally, to further refine those Bean-to-gin flavours, you can always mix up with a nice neutral, unobtrusive Indian or Mediterranean tonic.
